Role Description The HR Intern role at Creator City is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping manage basic HR documentation and compliance tasks. The HR Intern will also support HR data entry, assist with employee benefits administration, and collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth personnel management. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR functions in a growing influencer marketing environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and basic understanding of Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic HR software is an advantage.
