The honest pitch
This is a sales execution role. Cold calling comes first. Most of your hours go to dialing US founders and operators, with cold email and LinkedIn running alongside. It is repetitive. You will get hung up on. You will hear "no" far more often than "yes." The goal right now is simple: booked, qualified calls on our calendar.
"Founder's Office" means you work directly with the founder, every day. It does not mean strategy decks or research projects. Strategy work may open up later for people who earn it.
Who tends to win in this role
Historically, our strongest hires have been undergrads from elite institutions who run this alongside coursework. The night schedule fits student life well. The role rewards a good phone voice, clean writing, and resilience over years of experience. If you're a high-agency undergrad, this is built for you.
What you get in return

What you'll do
Cold call US founders and operators. A lot. This is the core of the job.
Run cold email and LinkedIn alongside the calls. Same prospect, multiple touches, multiple channels.
Research prospects well enough to open a real conversation
Write, test, and sharpen your own scripts with the founder
Book qualified calls onto our calendar
Hit your weekly input quota. No one is breathing down your neck. Meet the number, full autonomy on how you get there.
Who we're looking for
Sounds good on the phone. Clear, confident, warm. This matters more than experience.
Handles rejection without losing energy. Call 40 should sound as good as call 1.
Writes well. Clean, peer-to-peer, no fluff.
Comfortable working nights. Our primary market is the US, so core hours are roughly 11pm to 2/3am IST. EU and Asia prospects get worked during the day, so the schedule shifts week to week.
High agency. Owns the quota, asks for help when stuck, doesn't need handholding.
Coachable. You'll get direct feedback on your calls and you'll apply it the next day.
Bonus
Background or coursework in SaaS / B2B sales / ecommerce / marketing
Familiar with Apollo, Instantly, MailReach, Loom, Notion
Has run your own outbound experiments, sold anything, or led sponsorship for a college fest
