[EAE] Embedded System Engineer (Joining Bonus)

🎁Quarter 4 JOINING BONUS
Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by the end of 31 December 2026 can receive a Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s gross salary, subject to program eligibility and terms & conditions.
System engineering tasks include understanding all external interfaces and ensuring the functional architecture correctly captures the need.
The System Engineer are also responsible for translating customer needs into specific, well-written requirements to which systems and subsystems (sub elements, pieces, software and hardware, control items, etc.) can be architected and designed.
Main tasks:
Define and maintain System Requirement (including Stakeholder Requirement) and System Architecture
Collect, clarify and document stakeholder requirements.
Identifies, specifies and maintains System Requirements.
Identifies, specifies and maintains System Architecture and relevant interfaces.
Analyzes the compliance, impact, risk and verifiability aspects of System Requirements and System Architecture.
Defines verification criteria for each specified System Requirement
Establishes bi-directional traceability between System Requirements and Stakeholder Requirements
Review, release and communicate System Requirements
Maintain and ensure process compliant of project requirements
Take responsible for relevant ASPICE levels for System requirements and System Architecture.
Align with Customer on relevant process-compliant activities.

Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor / Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science.
Experience in AUTOSAR and Embedded Development – Minimum 4 years experience in automotive domains.
Good understanding of Microcontroller & embedded system.
Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit.
Good communication skills and English both in oral and written.
Competence/Skills
Technical experience in Software Development Lyfe-Cycle, both system and software.
Experience with CAN protocol is mandatory. LIN/UWB/NFC/BLE experience is prefered.
Experience with V-model and ASPICE is mandatory.
Experience with AUTOSAR is an preferred.
Good hold on reading customer specifications as well as standard documentation.
Knowledge of requirement management and requirement elicitation.
Knowledge of security and safety concepts is an preferred.
