Role Description The OEM Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales to OEM customers, with a focus on building strong, long-term business relationships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, OH, and involves regular interaction with existing and prospective OEM clients to identify opportunities, understand technical needs, and propose suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The OEM Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and represent the company at customer meetings, reviews, and industry events. The role also includes working closely with leadership to support strategic accounts and contribute to pricing, product positioning, and revenue growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B or OEM sales, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or related sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and account development for OEM and enterprise clients.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate customer requirements into clear commercial proposals.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, reviews, and industry events as required by the role.
