Role Description The PT Drill Instructor & CCTV Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Cardinal Warriors School campus in Raipur. This role is responsible for planning and conducting daily physical training sessions, drills, obstacle courses, and fitness activities that align with the school’s military-style discipline and leadership development objectives. The PT Drill Instructor ensures that students follow safety protocols, maintain physical standards, and build teamwork, endurance, and mental resilience. As CCTV Supervisor, the role involves monitoring campus surveillance systems, reviewing footage, reporting incidents, and coordinating with school administration and security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment. The position also includes maintaining equipment, documenting activities, and collaborating with faculty and staff to support overall student well-being and campus discipline.
Qualifications
Background in Military or paramilitary service, or comparable disciplined training environment.
Experience in Military Training or drill instruction, including structured PT, obstacle courses, and fitness regimens.
Prior work with Veterans or youth training programs, demonstrating mentorship and discipline-building skills.
Training skills in coaching large groups, leading drills, and implementing safety-focused physical activity plans.
Strong Communication skills for giving clear instructions, guiding students, writing reports, and coordinating with staff.
Experience with CCTV systems, surveillance monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and incident documentation.
Ability to maintain high standards of discipline, situational awareness, and student safety on campus.
Physical fitness sufficient to demonstrate exercises, lead drills, and participate in outdoor activities.
Relevant certification in physical education, security operations, or military training is an advantage.
Fluency in English and local languages, and the ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
