Performance Marketer

About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has an understanding of digital advertising and is interested in learning how paid campaigns are planned, executed and optimised.
The role will involve working across Google Ads and Meta Ads, supporting campaign execution, researching audiences and competitors, and developing ad ideas with the help of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and setting up Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
Develop ad copy, headlines, hooks and campaign ideas
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
Assist with campaign optimisation based on performance data
Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
Prepare campaign reports and maintain performance data
Stay updated on digital advertising platforms, trends and best practices
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage
Basic understanding of ChatGPT ads and AI tools
Good communication and writing skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in numbers and data
Good research and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work across multiple client accounts
