## About the Job
Avis Budget Group is seeking a **Customer Experience Specialist** to provide premium, personalized service to Avis First customers. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience throughout vehicle delivery and collection, with an emphasis on professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience to Avis First customers.
* Deliver rental vehicles directly to customers.
* Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
* Communicate proactively with customers by phone, text, email, and mobile applications.
* Confirm delivery logistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
* Greet customers upon arrival and assist with their initial rental experience.
* Open vehicle doors and assist customers with luggage.
* Provide customers with an overview of their rental vehicle.
* Maintain clear communication and smooth logistics throughout the customer experience.
* Deliver consistent premium service in a fast-paced environment.
## Qualifications
* At least **1 year of customer service experience**, preferably in hospitality or car rental.
* Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable using mobile devices and various technology platforms.
* Valid driver's license.
* Must be **18 years of age or older**.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
* Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
## Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to **50 pounds**.
* Ability to continuously sit, stand, walk, enter and exit vehicles, and drive various automobiles.
* Ability to work in different weather conditions.
* Ability to communicate effectively, hear/listen, and type.
* Regular on-site presence is required.
## Work Environment
* **Part-time position.**

## Compensation & Benefits
* **$20.50 per hour.**
