Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Sangli. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and back-end services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management and QA. The role also involves contributing to technical documentation, improving existing systems, and staying current with best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the tech stack used at TECH ASP SOLUTIONS.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern programming language (such as Java, C#, Python, or similar).
Hands-on experience in Software Development, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and to follow version control practices (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Good communication skills for discussing technical concepts and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
