Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join Neatika.
Neatika is a young software agency with big ambitions, growing consistently and taking on increasingly ambitious projects.
We build premium, production ready software and high end digital experiences for companies that care about design, engineering, and execution.
We do not optimize for shipping faster at the expense of quality. We do not add complexity just to look more technical. And we do not think "it works" is a good enough standard for a finished product.
We care about how something is built, how it feels, and how it is delivered.
The role
We are looking for someone with solid frontend fundamentals and, most importantly, the ability to build interfaces with precision.
Good frontend implementation is not just turning a Figma file into HTML.
It means understanding composition, layouts, spacing, padding, gaps, hierarchy, responsive behavior, states, consistency, and all the small decisions that make a design survive once it reaches production.
If an 8px difference, a broken hierarchy, or a layout that falls apart at certain screen sizes feels irrelevant to you, we are probably not the right team for each other.
You will initially work on tasks and projects with lower complexity.
That is intentional.
We want to understand how you think, how you work, and what quality bar you naturally hold before giving you more responsibility.
If you show good judgment and consistency, the goal is for you to progressively take ownership of more complex projects, make more decisions, and work with greater autonomy.
There is a steady flow of work, along with specific projects that can be significantly more creative, technical, challenging, and genuinely fun to build.
What we expect you to know
Ideally, you have a solid foundation in:
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
React and Next.js experience is a plus.
Experience working with CMS platforms is also a plus.
Having a good eye for design is a big plus.
English is another big plus. We work with international clients and teams, so being able to communicate clearly in English will open up significantly more opportunities within the agency.
We do not expect you to know every tool in our stack on day one.
We do expect you to be able to learn.

Ownership.
We want people who care about the product they are shipping even when nobody is looking over their shoulder.
People who review their own work.
People who catch problems before the client does.
People who ask questions when something does not make sense.
People who suggest a better solution when they see one.
And people who are not satisfied with delivering something that is simply acceptable.
Attention to detail is not a nice to have for us. It is part of the job.
We also use AI constantly.
We think a great developer using AI can work dramatically faster and better.
But if your contribution is simply receiving a requirement, pasting it into an AI tool, and returning whatever comes out, that is not what we are looking for.
AI can write code.
Your job is still to have judgment.

What we do not care about is having you glued to a chair for eight hours straight just to prove that you are working.
We care about trust, ownership, quality, and getting good work done.
We also do not care too much about how many years of experience your LinkedIn profile says you have.
We care much more about what you can build, how you think, and the standard you hold when you put your name behind something.
