Technical Project Manager

Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans and milestones, tracking risks and issues, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and implement best practices in project and program management. The role also involves reporting project status, driving continuous improvement in processes, and supporting team members to achieve high performance and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, assess risks, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication skills, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and clear written and verbal communication.
Experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and familiarity with common project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
Background in managing technical or software development projects, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and coordinate with distributed teams across different time zones.
