Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities
1. To Review of preventive maintenance schedule of plant and machinery and coordinate with production and to execute as per schedule.
2. Planning, organizing and review of the overhauling and reconditioning of the machines.
3. To Review the Repeated breakdowns in Daily MIS reports / Machine History
4.To continuously improve maintenance effectiveness by monitoring MTBF and MTTR of critical plant equipment’s.
5. Constantly monitor maintenance expenditure and kept it at minimum by developing continuous effective and efficient Maintenance practice, By effective preventive maintenance and to standardize the spares to control the inventory.
6.To supply uninterrupted power and air to the plant and keep up DG sets and compressors etc.
7.To optimize Power, LPG and fuel expenses by close monitoring and to eliminate wastage from our process.
8. To take the approvals for new machines critical spares and update critical spares based on machine history.
9. To review the spares as per the list of critical spares / consumables spares stock levels.
10. To review the all machine preventive check sheets, m/c history cards, MIS reports, HSD, power, LPG consumable records. Spares list.
11. To give on job training to subordinates for identify abnormalities in equipment’s, and easy maintenance practices, spares & tools maintenance and 5 "S" standards.
12. To facilitate training from external agency with the help of HR dept. to develop subordinates.
13.To maintain the budget with in target levels through efficient maintenance practices
14.To prepare and plan the budget level based on history of machines , Building, new developments.
15. Execution of New Projects as and when assigned.
16. Procurement of spares as and when required.

Qualifications
10-15 years of Project sales experience in building materials (doors, facades, UPVC, glass, ACP, etc.)
B.Tech / DME(Mech) only
