Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager at Al Muakhkhir Consultation & Diagnostic Centre Ltd. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, coordinate administrative activities, and help ensure the smooth delivery of consultation and diagnostic services. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication between clinical and non-clinical teams, as well as monitoring service quality and compliance with internal standards and policies. The role involves preparing basic reports, supporting data management, and contributing to process improvements that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with senior management, provide support to staff, and uphold the organization’s mission of accessible, humane, and affordable healthcare.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including task coordination, time management, and attention to detail.
Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact professionally with patients and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency in office software, data entry, and report preparation, along with comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and support operational improvements.
Candidates should possess an understanding of or interest in healthcare services and patient-centered care; prior experience in a healthcare, diagnostic, or service-oriented setting is an advantage.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare management, or a related field are preferred.
Candidates should possess a commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and providing equitable service to individuals from all backgrounds.
