Two big, ambitious bets, built by a small team that moves fast and doesn't wait for permission.
We need someone who can walk in and actually own the visual language of both. Not "please make this pop." Not "can you just follow the brand guide." You're building the brand guide.
What you'll actually be doing
UI/UX that people notice, wireframes to pixel-perfect screens, systems that scale instead of falling apart the moment we ship something new
Social creatives, decks, campaigns
Basic motion and video work, quick edits, reels, animations, nothing that needs a full production house
Moodboards, references, pinterest rabbit holes, the whole "why does this font feel expensive and this one feel cheap" investigation
Who we want
1-2 years in, not a fresher, not someone who's been doing this for a decade either
A portfolio that shows how you think, not just fifteen polished mockups with no story behind them
Someone who researches before they design, not someone waiting for a brief to tell them what to feel
Comfortable with basic video/motion tools
Opinions. Actual ones. We want pushback, not "sure, whatever you think"
This is a founding seat. You're not the tenth designer on a team that already decided everything. What you build now is what both brands look like a year from now and your name is on it.
