Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear specifications. The role involves mapping and evaluating business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and proposing practical, data-informed improvements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting project teams with requirements clarification. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure that solutions align with business goals and can be implemented effectively.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Proficiency in Business Analysis and requirements gathering practices
Clear and effective Communication skills with stakeholders at different levels
Experience understanding, documenting, and improving Business Processes
Ability to elicit, define, and manage Business Requirements
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience working on cross-functional projects or in a consulting or analytical role is beneficial
