Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee accounting and financial operations of all group entities.
 Ensure timely preparation of: o Monthly MIS reports o Quarterly financial statements o Annual financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated, )
 Cash flow management and working capital planning.
 Budgeting and variance analysis.
 Financial forecasting and strategic planning support
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
 Ensure compliance under
- Companies ACT,LLP ACT, Income Tax ACT, GST Law, FEMA, and labour Law
 Supervise GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax filings, ROC filings, and annual compliances  Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants  Ensure timely completion of audits across all entities.
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
 Tax planning at group level.
 Managing assessments, notices, and departmental correspondence
 Handling transfer pricing compliance
Budgetary Control
 Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for group entities.

Corporate Structuring & Transactions
 Inter-company transactions o Business transfers o Mergers / Demergers o Capital restructuring o Slump sale / Asset transfer transactions
 Support NCLT related matters.
 Due diligence and financial evaluation of new ventures or expansions.
Internal Controls & Governance
 Designing and implementing internal financial controls.
 Implement SOPs across group entities.
 Risk identification and mitigation
 Ensure compliance tracking mechanism across all entities.
Banking & Funding
 Liaison with banks and financial institutions
 Working capital management.
 Loan documentation and compliance monitoring.
Team Management
 Supervise accounts teams across group entities.
 Ensure proper accounting standards are maintained.
 Provide training and process improvements.
Investor Reporting & Governance
 Periodic financial reporting to investors
 Dividend computation and distribution workings
 Support Board Meetings and Investor Meetings with financial presentations
 Compliance with shareholder agreements and investment terms.
