CTC: Rs 30,000/- to Rs 35,000/- per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm
Festivals From India is hiring for their client, ASIGN, for a Client Services Associate to join their team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone with an event management or client services background who is comfortable multitasking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the demands of a growing start-up. While the role will initially be focused on backend operations, it offers opportunities to grow into a more client-facing position with increasing exposure over time.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.
Essential Experience:
1–3 years of professional experience in client services, event management, operations, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in art and collectables—prior art world experience is a plus, but not essential.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
A proactive, “on-your-toes” approach and comfort working in a start-up environment.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Flexibility and willingness to take on both backend and, eventually, client-facing responsibilities
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to clients, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.
Coordinate logistics, including packaging, shipping, and delivery of artworks.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure timely execution of requirements.
Support project teams on exhibitions, sales, and client engagement activities.
Ensure a high standard of communication, responsiveness, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Proactively contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and client experience.
