Role Description As a Team Leader at Quiklly, you will oversee daily operations and guide a team to meet performance, quality, and service targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where you will coordinate workflows, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues. You will coach and mentor team members, provide regular feedback, support training, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. The role involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction. You will also act as a point of escalation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex cases while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build trust with team members and stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with experience handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and data-driven insights.
Comfort with basic digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting tools, communication platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly beneficial, especially in operations, customer service, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
