Job description (Export):
Coordinate the export of goods via sea and air freight, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to international destinations
Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers.
Sending booking requests to the carrier (this carrier was previously identified or the carriers we do repetitive bookings with).
Reviewing booking confirmation and sending booking confirmation to customer* (agent or shipper).
Lodge export declaration
Generate EDN
Sending cartage advice to transport/warehouse/shipper.
Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off.
Generate House Bill (send to agent/shipper for approval).
Send draft MBL to the customer (agent or shipper) before submitting to carrier.
Process VGM and send MBL instructions to the carrier prior to the cut-off.
Review draft MBL from Carrier and send to agent or Shipper for approval.
Review the final BL issued by carrier and enter carrier/co-loader costs into the Billing tab.
Send complete docs pack/pre-alert to agent or shipper.
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and other logistics partners to arrange transportation, documentation and regulatory compliance
Manage inventory, track shipments and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and airway bills
Ensure all freight activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Provide training and support to junior members of the team
Job description (Import):
Registration consolidation and shipment processing
E-documentation (e-docing)
Monitoring of shipments, including TS checks and ETA tracking
ISF (Importer Security Filing) management
Coordination with transportation, monitoring of delivery and brokerage services.

Invoicing
Qualifications:
Experience in Cargowise One is a must.
Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses.
Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms.
Infor Nexus system experience is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years' experience in an export freight operation.
Thorough understanding of international shipping processes, documentation requirements and customs clearance procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers and logistics partners
Proficiency in using logistics software and enterprise systems
A collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
