The Role
We're hiring a Junior Project Manager to support our team across a mix of site builds, feature releases, and retainer work. You'll help translate client and business needs into clear requirements, define and prioritize features, contribute to project roadmaps, and make sure the work we deliver solves the right problems. You'll learn to balance user experience, business goals, technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets when shaping solutions. You'll work alongside experienced PMs and client teams to keep projects organized, tasks on track, and communication flowing.
This is a great fit for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital or creative environment who's eager to grow into a more senior PM role over time. If you're naturally organized, tech-curious, and great with follow-through, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Project Support
• Track and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
• Take notes in internal and client calls and turn them into actionable next steps
• Write briefs, assign tickets, and prepare QA checklists
• Coordinate with developers and designers on task updates and blockers
• Support project launches, content population, and post-launch wrap-ups
Client Support
• Communicate updates clearly and proactively (Google Meet, Slack, email, Notion)
• Help manage change requests, estimates, timelines, and small tasks
• Learn to run status calls, manage scope, and translate client needs into project work
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with mid and senior PMs to learn best practices
• Share ownership of internal documentation and team process improvements
• Ask questions, stay curious, and get better with each project
What We're Looking For
• 2 to 3 years of project coordination or account support experience
• Familiarity with digital or creative workflows (agency, brand, or startup)
• Basic understanding of Shopify and eCommerce workflows
• Organized, responsive, and accountable
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones
Bonus Points
• Experience in a client-facing role or working with dev/design teams
• You've worked on eCommerce projects or a Shopify site
• Light technical knowledge (HTML, Figma, Klaviyo, QA testing)
