Position Overview
Titan Advisory is seeking a Vice President, Projects to lead the development, execution, and expansion of key projects. This is a senior leadership role in which the incumbent will collaborate closely with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects
Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and priorities
Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and drive business initiatives
Establish and optimize processes, systems, and operational workflows
Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to leadership
Identify risks and resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Mentor and develop project managers and team members
Identify opportunities for business growth, efficiency gains, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or related fields
Proven track record of leading teams and complex cross-functional projects
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
