Job Accountabilities
Carry out close coordination and liaison with village Patwaris, RIs, and Revenue Department officials at the district level.
Ensure that demarcation and measurements by Patwaris are carried out accurately.
Provide guidance on land and revenue matters and ensure that accurate information is obtained from various land records.
Assist in staking, marking, preparing sketches in the field, and maintaining documentation. Assist the Officer-in-Charge of the area in the execution of duties and officiate in their absence.
Assist in rent distribution, accounting, and coordination with Finance.
Carry out advance planning and implementation of all activities related to land acquisition.
Ensure that Land Acquisition (LAQ) does not become a criticality impacting the progress of the CBM project.
Progress LAQ activities for CBM wells. Ensure that all documents related to LAQ are accurate, legally compliant, completed within the stipulated timelines, and properly maintained in safe custody.
Prepare all documents related to diversion/permanent acquisition, lease agreements, and other associated documents in a timely manner and submit them to the concerned authorities.
Maintain effective liaison at the Tehsil and village levels to facilitate the progress of LAQ activities.

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Law / Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized university.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition and liaisoning.
