Senior Bench Sales Recruiter – US IT Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US staffing team.
Experience: 4–7+ years
Location: Kolkata / Remote
Shift: US Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Market and place IT consultants on bench with US clients/vendors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with US vendors and clients.
Generate and work on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.
Handle consultant marketing, submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and closures.
Negotiate rates and manage the complete placement cycle.
Build new vendor relationships and expand the existing network.
Mentor and support junior Bench Sales Recruiters.
Requirements:
4–7+ years of proven US IT Bench Sales experience.
Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, visa categories, and tax terms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of placements and revenue generation.
Strong US vendor network and market knowledge.
