Role Description The Resort Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of guest service, property upkeep, and overall customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Dausa involves overseeing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other guest services, while coordinating staff schedules and performance. The Resort Manager monitors budgets, controls costs, and supports revenue targets by optimizing occupancy and service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, handling guest feedback and escalations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hospitality standards. The role also involves participating in hiring decisions, training team members, and implementing operational improvements to maintain a smooth and welcoming resort environment.
Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Experience in Property Management, including oversight of facilities, maintenance coordination, and overall resort presentation.
Demonstrated skills in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting to support profitable resort operations.
Experience in Hiring, team supervision, and training to build and lead a high-performing hospitality staff.
Prior experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in a similar on-site leadership role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
