Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs, drawings, and technical documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, reviewing project requirements, and ensuring that designs comply with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. The role involves overseeing integration of structural, mechanical, and other systems into the overall design, collaborating with consultants, and supporting project management activities such as scheduling, resource planning, and site visits. The Architect will also assist in resolving design issues during construction and contribute to continuous optimization of design processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate requirements into practical, clear concepts and drawings.
Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or project coordination systems.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of design and execution activities.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar), and familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with valid professional registration or eligibility as per local requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in design.
