Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing who combines strategic thinking with the energy and practical capability to turn ideas into results.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded marketing leader who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You will own the marketing direction, establish clear priorities, lead internal and external contributors, and ensure marketing activity translates into stronger brand authority, customer engagement and measurable commercial outcomes.
You will lead:
Marketing strategy, planning and budget
Brand positioning and messaging
Demand generation and pipeline development
Integrated campaigns and digital marketing
Website, SEO, AEO, email and paid media
Marketing operations, workflows and automation
Analytics, KPIs and performance reporting
Marketing team development
Agencies, contractors and specialist partners
Sales and marketing alignment
What success looks like
We're looking for someone with a track record of turning marketing strategy into measurable outcomes, strong commercial judgement, confidence working with modern marketing systems and the leadership capability to build an accountable, high-performing team. You will be expected to set clear standards, use data to improve performance, maintain a high bar for brand and execution, develop a capable and accountable team, collaborate closely with Sales and leadership, and proactively identify opportunities to improve how marketing operates.
