Job Description
We are looking for a Dynatrace Expert with strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace, Application Performance Management (APM), infrastructure monitoring, system administration, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynatrace.
Strong experience in APM and Infrastructure Monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows Administration.
Good understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP.
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift.
Knowledge of Python / Bash scripting.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
Monitor application performance, infrastructure, availability, and system health.
Analyze performance issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, metrics, and monitoring configurations.
Monitor applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.
Support automation and continuous improvement of monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
Good to Have
Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification.
Enterprise-scale monitoring experience.
Performance optimization experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
