Application Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Application Engineer will provide technical support for radio remote control systems and related industrial products. Daily responsibilities include configuring and commissioning systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing diagnostic tests, and supporting field installations. The role involves collaborating with engineering and sales teams to translate customer requirements into practical solutions, preparing technical documentation, and delivering product demonstrations or training. The Application Engineer will also contribute to product improvement by feedback from customer interactions and on-site performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, customer interaction, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills for working with industrial control systems, power conductor systems, and safety-related equipment.
Relevant engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical, Electronics) from an accredited institution.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and prepare clear documentation and reports.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation or safety systems is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments as required.
