About your Investment Banking Research Internship-
• Develop and Maintain a Corporate, Individual, and Government Client Base, and conduct thorough Research and Analysis of Macroeconomic Trends, Industry Dynamics, and Company-Specific Factors within the Designated Sector.
• Offers on Investment Tactics and Methods, secure equity and debt fundraising and Arranges Mergers & Acquisitions, maintains and track startups and investments.
Develop a thorough Knowledge of Regulatory and Legal Issues in the Financial Industry.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, Pitch Books, financial models, and Presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to support Deal Origination, Execution, and Client Relationship Management Activities.
• Assist in Due Diligence Efforts, including Conducting Industry Research, Analysing Financial Statements, and Assessing Risk Factors associated with Potential Transactions.
• Participate in Client Meetings, Conference Calls, and Presentations to discuss Research Findings, Market Insights, and overall understand startups.
Typical Activities on a Day-to-Day basis include:
• Researching Market Conditions and Developments;
• Identifying New Business Opportunities, data profiling
• Carrying Out Financial Modelling, then developing and presenting appropriate Financial Solutions to Clients;
• Liaising with the Promoter, Chief Executive and Chief Finance Officers of Large Organizations;
• Co-Coordinating teams of professionals, including Accountants, Lawyers, and PR Consultants and working closely with them.
Specific Day-to-Day Duties:
• Your primary duties as a Research Analyst Intern will include (in descending order of importance):
• Perform Extensive Primary and Secondary Research (Micro and Macro Research Papers) to build an Overview Structure of the Project.
• Detailed understanding of the Target Market, Industry, company, or Opportunity
• Analyse and Synthesise Research Findings to Develop Valuable Insights.
Duration - 3 months
Timing - 5 working days, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
This will be an unpaid internship, for which you will be rewarded with a completion certificate and a letter of recommendation if you stand out.
