Whizz HR is hiring for Influencer Marketing Specialist to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing influencer strategies, identifying and onboarding creators, managing campaign execution, and ensuring successful delivery of client objectives. This role requires strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Understand client objectives and translate them into effective influencer marketing strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting
Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign review
Influencer Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with brand objectives and target audiences
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and agencies
Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals, and posting schedules
.Influencer Relations
Build and maintain a strong network of influencers across various platform
Develop long-term partnerships with creators and talent manager
Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution throughout campaign execution
Performance & Reporting
Track campaign performance and key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI
Prepare post-campaign reports and actionable insights for client
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, content, social media, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget
Support business development initiatives and pitch preparation when required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related fields
2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, account management, or talent management
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in influencer marketing and reporting tools is preferred
