Role Description The Podcast Host role at 24 Creation is a full-time remote position focused on planning, hosting, and producing podcast episodes. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, preparing episode outlines, and conducting interviews with guests in a clear and engaging manner. The Podcast Host will lead on-air discussions, maintain a consistent tone and style aligned with the brand, and collaborate with the production team to refine audio content. Additional responsibilities include writing show notes, coordinating recording schedules, and supporting promotion of episodes through social media and other digital channels. The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to lead engaging discussions and interact effectively with guests and audiences.
Solid Writing and Research abilities to prepare scripts, outlines, show notes, and well-informed questions for each episode.
Proficiency with Social Media platforms to promote episodes, engage listeners, and support audience growth.
Experience or familiarity with podcast production tools, audio recording, and basic editing is preferred.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access, manage schedules, and collaborate with a distributed team.
Prior experience in hosting, broadcasting, content creation, or journalism is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful communication.
