Role Description The AI Jobs USA role at AI Trainers Tech Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves guiding learners on how to prepare for AI-related job opportunities in the United States, including helping them understand job requirements, hiring trends, and relevant skill sets. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating learning modules, delivering in-person sessions, conducting workshops on AI tools and prompt engineering, and supporting learners through mentoring and career guidance. The role also includes collaborating with the academy team to align course content with current industry standards, collecting feedback from learners, and maintaining clear documentation and learning resources. The individual in this position will contribute to building a supportive learning environment that helps participants transition into AI-focused careers.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence concepts, AI tools, and prompt engineering, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
Experience in curriculum design, training, or teaching, preferably in technology or digital skills education.
Knowledge of global tech job markets, especially AI-related roles in the USA, including hiring practices and skill expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric approach.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple training activities efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related discipline); advanced certifications in AI or data-related domains are an advantage.
Comfort with using online learning platforms, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track learner progress and outcomes.
