Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Associate will support daily operational activities, which may include coordinating tasks on the production floor, assisting with machinery-related documentation, and monitoring routine processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities can also involve data entry, basic reporting, and communication with internal teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow. The role may require assisting senior staff with inspections, inventory checks, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The Associate is expected to work collaboratively, follow established procedures, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of industrial or manufacturing operations, preferably in a machinery or equipment-focused environment.
Ability to perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and prepare simple reports using common office software tools.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and be present on the production floor as needed.
Capability to learn and apply basic technical concepts related to machinery, safety practices, and quality standards.
Problem-solving mindset with a readiness to support continuous improvement in operations.
Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing.
