Role Description
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with 1–5 years of experience to join our technical team.
This is a full-time role with both Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH) options available. The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML solutions for real-world web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
The role involves working with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and AI-powered automation.
You will work closely with backend developers, frontend developers, product teams, and other technical team members to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.
- Develop and integrate machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs and other AI services.
- Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, and evaluation.
- Integrate AI/ML models and services with existing web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Develop solutions using RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
- Develop and integrate AI APIs into production applications.
- Work with databases, APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.
- Deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions in development and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing AI/ML implementations.
- Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Document technical approaches, implementations, and AI/ML workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks, models, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs into applications.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and software development principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a technical team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Good to Have
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience building AI agents and AI automation workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Computer Vision projects.
- Experience with Docker and cloud deployment.
- Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with web and mobile applications.
