Role Description The Assistant Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial cleaning and surface treatment projects from concept through installation and commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project design reviews, preparing technical documentation, supporting electrical and mechanical layouts, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure project milestones are met. The role also involves monitoring project timelines and budgets, participating in site visits, resolving technical issues during installation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Assistant Project Engineer contributes to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting optimization of project processes and equipment performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project-focused skills, including Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning.
Candidates should possess solid technical skills, including Electrical Engineering and a basic understanding of mechanical or industrial engineering concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
Relevant skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are beneficial.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and prior internship or experience in industrial or automotive projects are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards is required.
