Role Description
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java full-stack development, backend engineering, frontend development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and modern web applications.
The Java Full Stack Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, Java-based backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, and digital solutions.
The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern full-stack technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java full-stack development, Java development, software engineering, backend development, frontend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.

Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend technologies will be beneficial.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be advantageous.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, events, state management, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and client-side application development.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, tables, relationships, joins, normalization, indexes, transactions, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, or similar build and package-management tools will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be advantageous.
Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, API testing, unit testing, or integration testing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to application performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database optimization, scalability, reliability, and observability will be advantageous.
Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into functional interfaces will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, internal tools, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, reliable, maintainable, and scalable Java full-stack solutions.
