Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
Build and maintain conversational AI applications, agent workflows, memory management, tool integrations, and decision-making capabilities across distributed agent ecosystems.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to develop scalable AI-powered solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development expertise in Python and Java.
Minimum of 2 years of experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, conversational AI, or agent-based applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and integrating enterprise systems with AI platforms; proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience building multi-agent orchestration, RAG solutions, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and autonomous workflows in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversation design, evaluation frameworks, AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern software architecture patterns.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
