Job Summary
Sommer Consulting is seeking a Project Fielding Coordinator or Senior Fielding Coordinator to join our Healthcare Market Research Team. As a Sommer Consulting Fielding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the managing of the recruitment of individual interviews and focus groups for research studies. This position will serve as a liaison between recruitment partners and our project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of research projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach the target respondents
Evaluate screeners and provide recommendations to ensure effective identification of qualified respondents and alignment with project requirements
Coordinate interviews and logistics in alignment with research project timelines and objectives
Monitor complex recruitment quotas and proactively communicate fieldwork progress, potential challenges, and recruitment requirements to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of recruitment activities and successful delivery of research projects
Establish and manage professional relationships with vendors and partners
Maintain accurate recruitment records in accordance with company policies, and applicable research, privacy, and data-protection standards
Stay up to date with recruitment trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the health insights recruitment market
