Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for UGC Content Creators who are comfortable on camera and enjoy creating short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube.
We will provide the exact script, video format, shooting instructions, and posting guidelines. Your job is to bring the content to life on camera and publish it consistently.
What you’ll do:
- Shoot 2 short-form videos every day using the exact scripts and concepts provided by our team.
- Follow the shooting format and instructions shared by us.
- Upload the videos as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Reply to comments on your posts using responses provided by our team.
- Take feedback and reshoot videos when required.
- Ensure videos are uploaded on time and daily deadlines are met.
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable being on camera with your face and voice.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable following a given script naturally and confidently.
- Reliable and consistent with daily content creation..
- Can dedicate 2–3 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- Owns a smartphone with a good camera, laptop, and stable internet.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior UGC or content creation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation
₹15,000/month
Fixed: ₹10,000/month
Performance-based incentives: ₹5,000/month
