Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, handling concerns, and providing product and service guidance that aligns with the brand’s holistic health mission. The Client Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to manage orders, track feedback, and support client onboarding or retention initiatives. This role also involves updating customer records, preparing simple reports on client interactions, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ability to manage client relationships, including active listening, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
Skills in customer service and conflict resolution, with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools or customer databases and comfort working with spreadsheets or reports.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and priorities.
Interest in menstrual health, wellness, or healthcare, and willingness to learn product and domain knowledge.
Comfort discussing health-related topics in a respectful, inclusive, and gender-neutral manner.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
