POSITION INFO:
Remote person to answer the phones at a law firm in the USA that specializes in Family Law R25000.00, plus commission. My client would prefer someone with legal experience. This is not an ordinary receptionist position, the person that answers the calls must be very well spoken, and when asking the person \"who is calling\", don''t just follow up with \"our fees are such and such, can I book you an appointment\"? This is not the type of person that they are looking for, the person must be able to say \"what is the reason for your call\", if told \"I am getting divorced\", then ask questions, \"I am so sorry to hear that. How has this decision impacted your life\"? \"Or are there children involved\"? etc. This will be part of the training, so an empathetic person, someone who has the ability to understand, share, and relate to another person''s feelings or experiences. For every person who books an appointment, you will be paid commission. Working hours will be USA times, 3.00 pm in the afternoon to 12.00 at night (South Africa) time. You will be supplied with a laptop, and as mentioned 3 months of training will be provided. As they are very aware that going through a divorce is a very traumatic experience, and they pride themselves on being very sympathetic to their clients'' needs, they want the first impression to carry through to their meeting with the relevant attorney
