Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, business process analysis, integration with cross-functional modules, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with financial and controlling processes.
Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Design and support budgeting processes, cost allocations, financial planning, and reporting.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP FI/CO processes.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documents.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

SAP HANA Reporting
Experience in:
HANA-specific financial reports

Stock Reconciliation (Stock Reco.)
MM-FI integration reconciliation

Material ledger concepts (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.
