Role Description The Executive Management Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Krishnagiri. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Management Assistant will prepare and organize documentation, presentations, and reports; handle correspondence; and ensure timely follow-up on action items. This position also requires maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical), supporting internal communication between departments, and assisting with planning and coordination of reviews, events, and key management activities. The role calls for discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting day-to-day executive operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organization.
Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Expense Reports skills, with experience handling confidential information, preparing reports, and monitoring reimbursements and approvals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should ideally have strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Relevant experience supporting senior management or leadership teams, preferably in a corporate environment, is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, and calendaring software) and comfort working with digital documentation is desirable.
