About the Role
HDFC Life is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the Sales Development Manager position under its partnership with Jammu & Kashmir Bank. The role involves driving life insurance business through the bank's network and building strong relationships with bank teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive life insurance sales through assigned J&K Bank branches.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch teams.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Support bank staff in identifying and converting insurance leads.
Conduct regular branch visits, sales reviews, and performance tracking.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Explain suitable HDFC Life insurance solutions to customers.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
Track leads, conversions, business performance, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to improve business productivity.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in sales, BFSI, insurance, banking, or relationship management will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field/branch-based environment.
Good relationship-building and influencing skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Compensation
📍 Jammu: ₹3.5 LPA
📍 Srinagar: ₹3 LPA
