We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a German Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the Logistics & Supply Chain industry who are eager to provide world-class support, manage complex delivery workflows, and ensure client satisfaction within an international professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, managing logistics inquiries and delivery schedules.
Monitor end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
Resolve complex delivery challenges by coordinating directly with internal departments and global logistics partners.
Provide real-time updates and professional communication regarding freight movement and status tracking.
Optimize delivery workflows to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
Maintain accurate data records within CRM and Logistics Management systems.
Identify and escalate supply chain bottlenecks to maintain a high standard of service reliability.
Requirements
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation.
Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or high-volume customer support preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and desire to grow within the logistics sector.
