Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Build complex workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using best development practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with multiple teams on solution design and implementation.
Requirements:
Education: 15 years of full-time education.
7.5+ years of strong hands-on ServiceNow development.
Experience in ServiceNow Customization and Application Development, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer / Workflows, REST/SOAP Integrations and APIs, and ServiceNow scripting and debugging.
Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
Strong experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Agile development experience.
