Role Description The Recruitment Consultant role at CB TEAM is a full-time remote position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the payments and financial services market. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant sources and screens candidates, conducts interviews, and provides guidance to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and advising on recruitment strategies. The consultant will create and manage job postings, maintain accurate records in recruitment systems, and collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Success in this role requires proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and a focus on delivering a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting to manage talent pipelines and end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills to advise clients on hiring strategies, market conditions, and workforce planning.
Candidates should possess Interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability and align profiles with client needs.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency consulting is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Psychology) or equivalent professional experience.
