We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a dedicated partner to help manage our local distribution and sales in the twin cities.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, hardworking, and quick-responding professional to join our team on a lucrative commission basis. In this home-based role, you will serve as the logistical and sales hub for the Islamabad and Rawalpindi regions.
We will supply you with our freshly made, premium dessert products. Your core responsibility will be to safely store this inventory, manage the dispatch process to customers, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and actively drive sales. While Creamie Crave will provide you with warm leads to help you succeed, you will also be expected to utilize your own marketing and networking skills to generate additional sales and maximize your income.
The Product Portfolio
You will be managing and selling an exclusive range of premium desserts, including:
Single-Serving Classics: Our famous Matilda Cakes, Three Milk Cakes, and Dream Cakes.
The Viral Sensations: Our specialized Dubai Kunafa Chocolates and Kunafa Jars.
Exclusive Large-Format Desserts: Our decadent Lava Cakes (serving 4-5 people), which are exclusively available to customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Specialty Shaped Cakes: Unique, highly visual cakes shaped like mangoes, peanuts, coffee beans, and dates.
Premium Sundaes: A variety of rich, layered dessert cups.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Storage: Receive and safely store our supplied products at your location. You must ensure all items are kept in a clean, temperature-controlled environment to maintain our high quality and hygiene standards.
Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate the timely and safe dispatch of orders to customers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. (Our Lava Cakes, in particular, require careful handling to ensure they arrive perfectly).
Proactive Sales & Marketing: Actively promote Creamie Crave products. You will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into paying customers, as well as using your own marketing tactics (social media, local networking, word-of-mouth) to generate new sales.
Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily records. You will track incoming inventory levels, dispatched orders, daily sales revenue, and your earned commissions.
Customer Service Excellence: Act as a quick and professional responder. Handle customer inquiries, process orders efficiently, and ensure a seamless, premium buying experience from first contact to final delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This is strictly required to manage the logistics for our exclusive local items (like the Lava Cakes) and delicate inventory.
Bookkeeping Skills: Strong organizational and basic accounting skills. You must be comfortable managing ledgers, tracking stock, and reconciling daily sales.
Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven ability or strong natural talent in sales and marketing. You must be comfortable pitching products, closing deals, and finding new customers.
Responsiveness & Work Ethic: Must be an exceptionally quick responder to customer queries and company communications. Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy.
Home Setup: Must have a suitable, clean, and appropriate home setup (including necessary refrigeration/freezer space) to temporarily store packaged dessert inventory before dispatch.
Compensation & Perks
High Earning Potential: This is a commission-based role with a highly competitive structure. Dedicated individuals have the realistic potential to earn up to 100,000 PKR per month based on sales volume and successful dispatches.
Company Support & Leads: We supply 100% of the product inventory upfront—no out-of-pocket production costs for you. Furthermore, we will actively provide you with customer leads to help jumpstart and sustain your sales.
