🚀 WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – DIGITAL MARKETING
Plan International (India Chapter) is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team in New Delhi.
📍 Location: New Delhi
💼 Experience: 5–8 years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, MBA, or related field
📅 Contract: 2 years (extendable)
⚡ Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Manage website, SEO, social media and email marketing
• Drive audience growth, engagement and digital visibility
• Manage paid media campaigns and digital analytics
• Track performance and develop actionable insights
• Collaborate with communications, fundraising, creative and programme teams
• Explore AI-enabled marketing tools and digital innovation
🔹 We’re Looking For
Strong experience in digital campaigns, website management, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CMS/WordPress and email marketing.
🌱 Experience in the development/non-profit/social impact sector or digital agencies will be preferred.
