Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Chandigarh. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, monitoring material quality, tracking project progress, and preparing site reports and documentation. The role also involves assisting in planning and scheduling, resolving technical issues at site, and collaborating with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
Candidates should possess practical experience as Civil Engineers, with exposure to site supervision and execution.
Candidates should possess skills in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural design tools) is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in teams.
