Role Description The Executive Finance Account role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including preparing and reviewing financial records, maintaining ledgers, and supporting financial reporting. Responsibilities include assisting with payroll processing, monitoring expenses, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The role also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, preparing periodic financial statements, and providing analytical insights to management for informed decision-making. Collaboration with internal departments and external auditors or consultants may be required to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, with the ability to apply them in daily operations.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
Proficiency in Payroll Administration and related statutory compliance.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
